Vaishnav Mata Mahavidyalaya Examination Centre

Vaishnav Mata Mahavidyalaya has been inspected by the team of Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University and, from the year 2023 onwards, has been found suitable for operating as an examination centre for the semester main examinations conducted by the University. Since 2023, the college has been continuously operating the examination centre strictly in accordance with university rules and regulations.

To ensure the smooth and successful conduct of annual, semester, and professional course examinations, the following rules and guidelines are followed for examination centre management:

Senior Centre Superintendent

A senior professor from the lead institution appointed by the University, Government Chhatrasal Postgraduate College, is designated as the Senior Centre Superintendent. Examinations are conducted successfully under their supervision.

Centre Superintendent

The Centre Superintendent is appointed either on the recommendation of the Principal or directly by the University.

Assistant Centre Superintendent

An Assistant Centre Superintendent is appointed at the examination centre based on the recommendation of the Principal or by the University.

Invigilators

At least one invigilator/supervisor is appointed for every 20 students. These appointments are made on a temporary basis by the Centre Superintendent for each examination shift.

Security Arrangements

The Centre Superintendent ensures adequate security arrangements by requesting police personnel from the District Superintendent of Police, so that no untoward incident occurs during the examination period.

Facilities Provided to Students at the Examination Centre

  • Adequate and well-organized parking facilities for students’ vehicles
  • Sufficient number of examination rooms as per capacity
  • Proper furniture for seating arrangements in accordance with university norms
  • Separate drinking water and sanitation facilities for male, female, and differently-abled students
  • CCTV-enabled campus throughout the entire examination process
